Our qualified technical specialists provide expert support with product selection, specification and detailed anchor calculations, including using our in-house DesignFiX software. As CFA and UKAS-compliant professionals, we also carry out on-site and off-site anchor pull testing, including proof load and allowable load resistance testing, as well as delivering toolbox talks and installation guidance.

CPD Seminars
We provide CPD seminars on- and off-site, which include an introduction to BS 8539:2012+A1:2021 - code of practice for selection and installation of post-installed anchors, anchor design acc. to EN 1992-4 (Eurocode 2 part 4) and Intro to DesignFiX anchor calculation software.
Pull Tests
Our Southampton-based UKAS accredited laboratory provides comprehensive testing for construction fixings and anchor systems. Equipped to perform pull testing, proof load and allowable load resistance tests, our facility can support with bespoke testing requirements, as well as provide quality testing for VJT’s own brand product ranges.
Toolbox Talks
Our technical team delivers on-site toolbox talks to support the correct installation of construction fixings, anchors and fastening systems. These sessions provide practical guidance, improve installation quality and ensure compliance with BS 8539 and industry standards, helping reduce risk and achieve safe, reliable performance on site.
